Touring the West Midlands in June and July 2011 at various venues - see below for dates
Once again, Oscar Wilde creates a blend of farce and morality highlighting human frailty and social hypocrisy.
Sir Robert Chilton, a highly successful government minister, has a secret which is discovered and exposed. With this revelation from Mrs. Cheveley comes the threat of blackmail and the ruin of Sir Robert's career. Yet in order to be a successful blackmailer, one's own reputation must be beyond reproach...
The Crescent Theatre's Summer Tour continues from strength to strength with a new venue this year at Highbury Hall. Performances are outdoors and subject to the vagaries of summer weather - be prepared.
