Music and Lyrics by Stephen Sondheim
Book by John Weidman
Based on an idea by Charles Gilbert Jnr

Thu 8th - Sat 10th Dec 2011 at 7.45pm in The Ron Barber Studio
Matinee: Fri 9th & Sat 10th at 2.45

Please Note: This performance contains Guns and Gunshots.

This daring, moving and often hilarious musical delves into the lives of men and women who have failed - or succeeded - in assassinating the President of the United States.

From Samuel Byck (who attempted to kill Nixon with a hijacked plane) and Lynette 'Squeaky' Fromme (who tried to assassinate Ford), to John Wilkes Booth (who shot Lincoln) and Lee Harvey Oswald (arrested for Kennedy's murder)... did each assassin's act of violence bring about the desired result?

'I remember where I was, Just exactly where I was, in the yard out back "The President's been shot"
.....something just broke... "The President's been shot!" My God!'

This production contains themes of an adult nature.

Presented in association with Josef Weinberger.

Tickets: £7.00 (£5.00 concs and groups), £2.50 students
