Summer Youth Projects at The Crescent Theatre 2010
This summer young people can take to the stage as The Crescent Theatre hosts three fun-packed youth theatre projects, each lasting for a week (Monday to Friday) and finishing with a performance for the family and friends of those taking part.
Our summer projects offer the experience of a lifetime. Local young people will have the chance to do something different, creative and challenging.
Projects last for five days (Monday to Thursday 10am till 4.30pm, Friday 10am till late) and culminates with a performance for family and friends on the Friday evening. Each participant will receive two free tickets for the final showcase.
Under the guidance of professional director and drama worker Rachael Veazey and Theatre-In-Education practitioner and drama worker, Naomi Wood, participants can expect intensive – yet fun – exposure to many aspects of theatre and will learn new skills while growing in confidence in a safe and friendly environment, all for just £100 per week. (£35 discount if two weeks booked)
