Stage2 presents

A Midsummer Night’s Dream

by William Shakespeare

Wed 22nd – Sat 25th April at 7.30pm in the Main House
Matinee: 25th at 2.00pm

Shakespeare’s most weird and wonderful play – fairies, magic, music, tricks and plots, weddings (forced and chosen), love triangles, dysfunctional families, unrequited love, mistaken identity, usurping, rivalry – all Shakespeare’s major themes (without the twins!). Stage2 bring one of the Bard’s most popular comedies to life in ways you have NEVER seen before (even if you saw our last version in 1997…).

‘A bewitching first night found the words flowing with measured authority, poetic control
and unbelievable confidence. A busy, totally commendable company,
this is a remarkable triumph of a young dream.
It is not to be missed.’
Evening Mail

A fabulous night out for those who love the play or the playwright, and a very useful night for those studying Shakespeare – this production will illuminate the text and provoke very lively discussion!

Tickets: £8.50 (No Concessions)
