Charting the meeting and subsequent friendship of the two War poets, Siegfreid Sassoon and Wilfred Owen. Owen is coached by Sassoon to become arguably the greatest War poet Britain has ever known.

What the audience were heard to say of the production:

Superb, very moving; 
The Crescent Theatre at its very best; 
I’ve seen three productions of Not About Heroes and this rates as the best; 
The two actors work very well together.
